We ship via Spanish Postal Service (Correos www.correos.es) packages up to 2 kg.
For heavier orders we will send you an email after your order confirmation to agree with you the most suitable carrier and price.
Regular shipping is available but keep in mind we don't get any responsability if your package is lost.

Returns and Refunds
- To return one or more articles: write us to info@eternaljuggernaut.com using your order number and full name, and explain us which is the problem.
- Please bear the postal cost of return, unstamped return packages can't be accepted. In justified cases (damaged or wrong item) you will of course get reimbursement.
- Return of goods has to be within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Please pack your return well. If possible use the package you received your order in. Damaged or lost return items can't be exchanged or refunded.
- Textiles have to be unworn and unwashed.
- Audio and video recordings have to be still sealed.
- Please do not accept a damaged delivery from the carrier.
